- Gently remove the plastic from around the plant and rinse the roots with clean water to remove any debris.
- Place the bamboo in the centre of the pot.
- You can add small marbles, pebbles or crystals in the container to give the stalks added stability.
- Just remember to wash them thoroughly.
- Add fresh, clean water to your bamboo plant two or three times each week.
- It is important to keep several inches of water in the container, making sure to keep the roots of the plant wet.
- Changing the water every 7 to 10 days keeps your lucky bamboo in top condition.
- Indirect light at moderate levels is best for a lucky bamboo plant.
- Store your chocolates in the refrigerator.
- If they are exposed to high temperatures, they may begin to soften, compromising the appearance and flavour.
- Please refer to the expiration date on the package and consume your chocolates before that.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery available is available.
- The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
- The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days (i.e. Monday - Friday]). Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, decorhomz.com will not be liable for the same.
Refunds and Replacements
We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.
Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
