This gorgeous gold-rimmed 8-inch photo plate can be personalized for so many memorable occasions whether it be a Birthday, Anniversary, Christening, or Wedding, the options are endless and don't end with just those suggestions. All you need to do is select a very special photo that you want printing on to the middle of the plate, for example, it could be of the grandchildren for them to give to their grandparents, or perhaps an old black and white photo of someone who is hitting a memorable age. Or for a couple celebrating a big anniversary it really does make a wonderfully unique present, so just dig out a photo of them taken on their wedding day, unless you want a more up-to-date image on the plate! Apart from your chosen photo, we will also personalize the plate on the rim at the top and at the bottom with any text of your choice, 25 characters at the top and 30 at the bottom. The text can be optional but will add that extra dimension to the plate. Size: 8-inch Diameter

We at Decorhomz know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Cash on Delivery available is available.
The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

DecorHomz shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any case that is beyond the control of the Company.

Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days (i.e. Monday - Friday]). Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

Priority Shipping (Where Applicable)

This is a service at additional costs - costs vary based on the product and the pin code where it needs to be shipped.

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, decorhomz.com will not be liable for the same.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.

In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.

Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
