- Notability and Goodnotes APP： You need to set "Disconnect Apple Pencil Connection" in the software before it can be used
- Generic pens are not recommended for Samsung and Microsoft devices, and some apps are not compatible. Eg: Samsung note etc....
- The sensitivity of the pencil depends on the signal reflection and reception from the screen. If your device is old, it may affect the sensitivity of the pencil and the stroke delay

- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refunds and Replacements
We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.
Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
