Care Instructions
  • Keep plants in medium light locations, out of direct sunlight.
  • Natural light is best, but some plants can also thrive in office fluorescent light.
  • A spray of water should help in case of flowering plants.
  • Plants should be kept in a cool spot (between 18-28°C).
  • You can add small marbles, pebbles or crystals in the container to give the stalks added stability.
  • Just remember to wash them thoroughly.
  • Add fresh, clean water to your bamboo plant two or three times each week.
  • It is important to keep several inches of water in the container, making sure to keep the roots of the plant wet.
  • Changing the water every 7 to 10 days keeps your lucky bamboo in top condition. Indirect light at moderate levels is best for a lucky bamboo plant.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery available is available.
  • The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
  • The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

DecorHomz shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any case that is beyond the control of the Company.

Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days (i.e. Monday - Friday]). Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

Priority Shipping (Where Applicable)

This is a service at additional costs - costs vary based on the product and the pin code where it needs to be shipped.

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, decorhomz.com will not be liable for the same.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.


In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.

Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
