Kamrak - Star Fruit The starfruit is one of those strange and unique products that come from the east of Asia, with its funny shape and curious flavours, which you can love or hate, it is beggining to appear broadly in the European and North American markets. It can be used to decorate a dessert or to make a salad a new experience of flavours. In addition it is increadibly widely used in traditional medicine and can decorate your garden or help you to take the rust off!! In this post I am going to explain different aspects about the starfruit, although I am going to try to explain it in an understandable way for everybody, a little bit of botanical knowledge will be very helpful. Its common name comes from the five prominent ridges of its fruits, which produce a star-like shape when you cut it transversely (see fig 1 & 2). That is also the reason for their usage in salads or desserts as a decoration and also as a fresh ingredient with a slightly sour taste.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

DecorHomz shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any case that is beyond the control of the Company.

Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days (i.e. Monday - Friday]). Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.

We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

Priority Shipping (Where Applicable)

This is a service at additional costs - costs vary based on the product and the pin code where it needs to be shipped.

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, decorhomz.com will not be liable for the same.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.

In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.

Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
