We at Decorhomz know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

  • Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 7-10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Cash on Delivery available is available.
  • The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
  • The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Refunds and Replacements

We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.


In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.

Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
