Care
- Wash with your hand and gently over the name without a scrub or sponge. Do not scratch. It cannot be used in a dishwasher, microwave or with bleach/chlorine.
- Please write your name in the text box provided while placing the order. Max 10 characters allowed for the name. The size & font of the name would be adjusted according to the no of letters. The name will be positioned in the centre. As it is a handmade process there may be minor colour chips in handling of the product.
- Please note there may be slight variations in the colour of the product you receive due to differences in the photograph lighting and your screen resolution.
- Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 2 - 5 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery available is available.
- The user will be provided with the shipping details as and when the product is shipped.
- The delivery provider will make 3 attempts to deliver, delivery fees will be charged in case of re-delivery.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
DecorHomz shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any case that is beyond the control of the Company.
Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days (i.e. Monday - Friday]). Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.

In case of unlikely circumstances of a delay in the arrival of the package for reasons beyond our control, decorhomz.com will not be liable for the same.
Refunds and Replacements
We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at decorhomz26@gmail.com. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.
Cancellations
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
