Refunds and Replacements
We do not accept any returns on our products. All products are put through stringent quality checks before being sent out to you.
In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91 8368945892 (10 AM-6 PM) or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced with the same product.
Any product that has been hampered or damaged while delivery MUST be notified by email/telephonic call within 48 hours of the product being delivered along with pictures and returned to us within 5 days.
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
